Invitation and admission
Attendance may be limited to confirmed guests. The organizer may verify registration details at entry and may refuse admission where details cannot be confirmed.
Changes
Event date, time, venue, speakers, agenda, or format may change. The organizer will use reasonable efforts to notify registered guests of material updates.
Guest responsibility
Please provide accurate RSVP information and contact the event team if your attendance, guest count, dietary requirements, or assistance needs change.
Conduct
Guests are expected to behave professionally and comply with venue rules, health and safety requirements, and event staff instructions.
