How we use information
We use this information to manage event registration, guest communication, venue preparation, seating, access control, hospitality, and follow-up related to the event.
Storage
RSVP submissions are stored in the connected Google Sheet controlled by the event organizer. Access should be limited to staff who need it for event operations.
Retention
Keep RSVP data only as long as needed for event administration, reporting, and reasonable business records. Delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required.
